Step 1
The first step is to schedule a meeting with the builder to discuss your lot and plans, or your ideas for a plan. If you don’t have plans, we can design something from scratch or modify one of our existing plans to suit your needs. If you don't have a lot yet, we can assist in finding the perfect one for you.
Step 2
Next, we develop a comprehensive game plan to get the project started and can provide guidance on financing if needed. Once we have finalized the plans and reached an agreement on the construction of your new home, you'll meet with one of our design experts to assist with the selection process.
Step 3
From the moment you sit down with the builder and throughout the construction process and beyond, we will keep you informed and updated every step of the way.
